Every job is different, so we give a free fixed quote before starting. Our guest-ready property inspection for short-term lets and landlords is £80.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes – small jobs are what we do best. It's often worth grouping a few together into one visit to make the most of the time.
Do you do garden work as well?
Yes. Alongside jobs in the house we do fencing and gates, decking, slabbing and patios, and garden tidy-ups.
Which areas do you cover?
We're based in Airdrie and cover North Lanarkshire – including Coatbridge, Cumbernauld, Motherwell, Bellshill, Chryston and the villages – plus Glasgow and Edinburgh. If you're just outside, ask anyway.

Do you bring your own tools and materials?
We bring all the tools needed. Materials can be supplied by us (included clearly in your quote) or by you – whichever you prefer.
Do you do gas or electrical work?
Work that legally requires a registered Gas Safe engineer or qualified electrician isn't something we take on, but we're happy to recommend someone.
